CAN SOMEONE EXplain why i got a note from da saying they removed all the points from my account due to a ""violation""?????????????????????

i have literally no idea what i did and i just bought some two days ago i'm really angry

edit: HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLY SHIT apparently my mom got angry because my premium membership renewed (she bought it for me herself???) so she blocked da from her credit card somehow so i can't get points anymore (i don't think i can gift or commission anyone either) and idk what my membership is gonna do I'M SOOOOO ANGRY OMFFGGG

mmmm i feel like i should make a sort of, update journal

so basically the past week or so i've been feeling really, really unsatisfied with my art style and just my art in general

and since the beginning of february i've been kinda out of it?? like i haven't really been myself and i've been feeling really down and can't focus on things, especially in school and i can't keep up with everything and just ugh

i've been feeling overwhelmed with all of my personal projects i've taken one such as K969 and fire shadows and the tale of stars and anaki trials and my shit ton of map parts andddddd pbtpbtbotbotbpbt

i'll have these moments where something or someone can cheer me up and make me feel full of energy and feel really positive, but then when it's over or the person leaves or goes offline it slowly fades away and i feel worn out

idk really what's causing it like nothing negative has really happened i guess
